Known for its craft beers and locally sourced food, The Local, 150 Giralda Ave., recently celebrated its first anniversary with Mayor Jim Cason helping snip a ceremonial ribbon.
Patrons at the event on Friday evening, May 11, enjoyed appetizers and $2 craft beers to toast the restaurant?s first year of operation. The party continued on Saturday, May 12, with specials all night and the launch of the new summer menu.
Located at 150 Giralda Ave., The Local / Craft Food & Drink features a warm and welcoming pub environment where guests can choose from 24 unique and rotating craft beers on tap and a selection of small-batch craft wine and spirits.
The Local?s chalkboard is updated daily with seasonal food and cocktail specials.
